The Welshan dinked the ball over the goalkeeper after a powerful run from the halfway.

Borja Mayoral put Madrid in front inside the opening 20 minutes.

But the lead didn’t last when Keylor Navas’s shortcomings were exposed by Kevin Rodrigues.

Los Blancos took the lead back though through an own goal by the same man, Rodrigues, moments after he hit the post at the other end, before Bale confirmed the victory in the second half.
