Apparently, the citizens of Abuja had made themselves ready all day as soon as they heard news of the President’s departure from London.

And just like they waited for Jesus in Jerusalem, lovers of the President waited maybe without palm leaves but with shouts of joy and jubilation as the President’s convoy was almost mobbed in the chaos!

This goes a long way to show the love the people have for President Buhari. The mammoth crowd was seen jumping and trying to catch a glimpse of the president as he was being chauffeured to his destination.

The ailing president who travelled to London for ‘medicine’ twice this year with the longest duration being 105 days, was receiving in a way that leaves us asking “who were those clamouring for his resignation”.
