Sergio Aguero’s agent, Hernan Reguera, has said the player will stay at Manchester City, although no talks have begun over a new deal with the club.
The Argentina international’s future at the Etihad has become the subject of speculation, with City reportedly chasing teenage Monaco striker, Kylian Mbappe.
But Reguera says the 29-year-old is definitely staying.
“They [City fans] should not have any doubt or fear,” he told Tuttomercatoweb .
“Sergio remains at Manchester City. It is safe.”
Aguero netted 33 goals last season and has been linked to the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
